US REGULATORS SUE FACEBOOK FOR 'BUYING AND CRUSHING' RIVALS
The US government, as well as several states, are suing Facebook. They allege the social media giant contravened antitrust law by crushing smaller competitors. The issue is, Facebook buys any social media that tries to gain access to popularity and crushes it by adding it to its business directory as minor.
This act is unacceptable by law. That Facebook uses money to lure its rivals , buys and crushes them. The same incident happened in 2014 when the company bought WhatsApp and also intending to buy YouTube and other social media sites.
