USAID Awards KNUST $15 Million Grant To Build Research Facility At The School Of Business.

The United States Agency For International Development (USAID) has awarded the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and Arizona State University a $15 Million grant to facilitate the building of a research facility at the KNUST School of Business.

The school made the announcement earlier today in a tweet.

The grant is to be split equally between KNUST and the Arizona State University. The grant is expected to facilitate the construction of the Centre for Applied Research and Innovation in Supply Chain-Africa (CARISCA) at KNUST School of Business, under the Building Research and Innovation for Development: Generating Evidence & Training (BRIDGE-Train) programme.

The facility would be used to train and generate the Supply Chain Management research and innovations which will enhance and accelerate development across the African continent.
