I WILL PUSH FOR TENANTS TO PAY RENT ON MONTHLY BASIS WHEN ELECTED INTO PARLIAMENT -JOHN DUMELO

Ghanaian actor cum politician, John Dumelo in a latest tweet on Twitter has disclosed that he is going to push for the cancellation of rent advance forced on tenants by their landlords when he gets into parliament. John also stated that he is going to push for an amendment which will allow tenants pay their rent on a monthly basis and not in years.

According to John Dumelo, the 2-3 years rent paid by tenants is totally absurd and that he will make sure the Rent Control Act 220 is amended by the help of other parliamentarians. John Dumelo in breaking the news took to twitter and tweeted with caption;

”One of the things I will push when i get to Parliament is to make sure we amend Rent Control Act 220. Tenants Should pay rent on a monthly basis. It’s absurd to pay 2-3 years rent advance. How can the youth survive with this? How can they start a business like this?”
