AKUFFO ADDO SENDS A 'POWERFUL ' MESSAGE TO GES AND THE EDUCATION MINISTER OVER THE BAN STUDENTS
President Akuffo Addo has finally directed the Minister in Charge of Education to intervene in the ongoing impasse between the GES and rioting students.
According to a letter drop by Eugene Arhine, Mathew Opoku Prempam was ordered to instruct the GES to reconsider its decision, it imposed on 14 students from undertaking the ongoing West Africa Senior Secondary Examination (WASSEC).
Further, portions of the latter described the punishment as enough deterrent to forestall future acts of indiscipline, below is a letter from the office of president;
Meanwhile, many Ghanaians angrily condemned a new video circulating over the social media, which shows a group of students pouring libations for President Akuffo Addo and ostensibly endorsing many of his have fulfilled policies. However, GES has not responded to it as yet.

In related a development, Former President Mahama has condemned President Akuffo Addo accusing him of being responsible for the reckless behaviours of students. According to him, over politicization of Free SHS is the sole reason for the canker.
