Chief Executive Officer of Noble Trust Herbal Clinic, Dr George Donkor has warned persons who take delight in having s3x for more than 13 minutes.

Educating the public on Rainbow Radio, he noted that men who think 30 minutes s3x is the best are only killing themselves unknowingly and that causes prostate enlargement and heart disease.
According to him, under normal circumstance, s3x is supposed to last between 7-13 minutes adding that anyone who goes beyond is only calling for sickness.


For women, he said they could have swelling in their private parts, cuts and also suffer other complications should they exceed the normal time.

He was reacting to concerns from a section of the Ghanaian public who expressed their desire in enjoying s3x beyond the required 13 minutes.


Some individuals who spoke to the news team said they could go between 30-2 hours when they eat a balanced diet.


The majority of the young men who spoke said women who they s3xually engage with demand more rounds hence they use enhancers to improve their s3xual life.

But Dr George Donkor warns that such acts are deadly.
