    Stop Using These Four Ingredients To Cook Your Food, They Are Not Good For Your Health.

    People always say that "you are what you eat", taking the wrong kind of food can be detrimental to your health and also using the wrong kind of ingredients to cook can also be bad for your health.


    Knowledge is power and what you learn today will be instrumental to your health, so please, send this to your friends and families, educate them on the importance of avoiding these ingredients to cook.


    So with that said, let's get straight to business.


    The four things you shouldn't use to cook include:

    1. Potash


    2. Alum


    3. Baking soda (this is for bakers, please if you cannot use a little quantity, just avoid it please)


    4. Paracetamol


    Why did I say we shouldn't use these ingredients to cook?


    Life is a process and that due process must be followed, we can't witness a situation in which seed will just turn to a tree overnight, it takes a process and that process must be followed.


    Most people want to shorten the time it takes beans to be ready, they want to avoid that time and add Potash so that the beans would be ready in minutes.


    Well, some people prefer using Alum, or Baking soda, and it all takes the same process, which is to make the food ready on time.


    Some people use paracetamol to soften strong meat and cowhide so that they can preserve the fuel used for cooking.


    Using these methods to cook is not ideal, so we should try to desist from it.

    I know your next question would be, why we should not use these ingredients to cook, what are the implications?


    Under high temperatures, these compounds produce toxic by-products that are harmful to the body organs, and if it is continuously used, it might damage some of the body organs.


    Scientific experiments have proven that a high intake of Paracetamol destroys the liver and since those food substances are exposed to these chemicals, it's in turn, harmful to the body.


    Please, if you have been using these things to cook, please desist from it, because to be forewarned is to be forearmed.
