KENNEDY AGYAPONG AND NET2 TELEVISION SUED

Kennedy Agyapong and his Ken City Media has been sued for defamation, publication of false news and causing fear and panic among Ghanaians.

The plaintiff Joseph Yamin who described himself as a farmer and a politician of good standing initiated the process.

It will be recalled that Kennedy Agyapong made countless and baseless accusations on the plaintiff. Labeling him as a murderer, planning violence among others.

The insults and vilification wasn't easy.

A document sighted and posted by National Democratic Congress NDC Yayra Koku indicated that Kennedy Agyapong and his Ken City Media are to face off with Joseph Yammin in court.

Joseph Yammin had earlier debunked all the accusations in the media. He had hinted on suing Kennedy Agyapong for Billions of Cedis which he will use to purchase a new car.

The loudmouthed Kennedy Agyapong if found guilty could face jail term in relation to the publication of false news contrary to our constitution provision
