“YOU LACK LEGAL UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR ENTITLEMENTS ” – PRESIDENCY HITS BACK AT DOMELEVO

The presidency of Ghana in a showdown with the country’s Auditor-General Daniel Yao Domelevo, has in an open letter said the latter lacks understanding of the law.

Domelevo has been ordered by President Akufo-Addo to proceed on leave, however, in response the chief auditor of the West African country said the decision was taken in bad faith, although he has begun his leave out of respect to the president.

The executive secretary of the president, Nana Bediatuo Asante, has in an open letter said his boss took the decision based on sound legal judgement.
